CRASH! Need advice
HI guys,
I've been a lurker in this forum for months and two weeks ago I bought my fantastic S2000. I absolutely adore it but today I overcooked a corner and hit the curb and a stray bar sticking out of the floor took out my front passenger wing, slightly damaged the front bumper and the piece between the front wing and rear wing underneath the door is damaged. Thankfully the door is fine!
I was wondering if there is anywhere that will stock these parts in the UK? I've taken it down to the garage and they'll start work Monday but I need to get my head around cost a bit and also maybe do some part sourcing.
I've also damaged the suspension as the car isn't steering straight and the wheel is off camber.
The necessary parts to get it back on the road are the wing, piece under the passenger door and what I assume to be the wishbone or track rod end.
Wish my first post was under better circumstances and that the garage I bought it front didn't replace the rear tyres with shitty budget ones!
Thanks for any help or advice.

Ouch. Sorry to hear that bro. I hope all goes well. But do you mind if I ask how fast were you going and how would you rate the turn/curve? I'm taking that you have good tires all around judging from your tire comment. Was there any less than desirable road or weather conditions that you may have noticed before, during and/or after the turn/curve? Only asking out of curiosity. And I do hope you can find what you're looking for and that your S2000 has a swift recovery. Along with your ego, because we all take a hit there when stuff like this happens. Good luck bro!
Hey, thanks so much for your comment - yeah, the ego is bruised!
The front tyres are average to good, the rear n/s is a budget. I was coming off the exit of a roundabout, around 30-35 mph, there was a negative camber in the road and it was had rained making the road really greasy. Pretty poor conditions, I just didn't expect to have to tip toe around the road so much. It massively oversteered and my correction was enough, I ended up hitting the center curb of the reservation between each dual carraigeway, which would have been painless aside from the two metal poles bent over from where someone else had hit the original sign.

I know how it feels! I ran my front right wheel into the curb around 10 mph last time it snowed. My control arm was bend out of place. You might want to check that because it caused my steering to have a mind of its own lol. I ordered parts from a respectable scrapyard and they helped me get the parts they did not have. You might want to check around. I live in the US, but I'm sure you'll get a snag if you call a few places around your area. Best of luck fixing your whip and hope you get her back on the road soon!
