Hey guys, I'm thinking of wrapping my car and i really want to do a F1 inspired livery. I'm considering Mclaren-Honda and Lotus-Honda but if anyone have any suggestions on what livery i should do please give me some suggestions! Thanks!

 

I'd wait until they start winning before I did this. Otherwise it's somewhat embarrassing.

 

To coin a phrase: If it's slow chrome wrap it.

But other than a Honda car coffee cup I have no Honda logos anywhere.

I love the livery on the 2015 MP4-30. I'm a huge fan of BAR Honda Luckystrike though. I have two jackets, 2 cushions/ponchos from the Monaco GP, and a team shirt that I've collected over the past 2 years. If you want to keep the yellow you could always do the Ayrton Senna 1988 helmet scheme.

F1 liveries are low key and mostly suck (IMO, and of course there are exceptions), which is understandable seeing how they don't have much to cover. If you didnt know Ayrton Senna/F1/Honda then the one posted above looks like a bunch of random vinyl.



I'd look elsewhere like the JGTC/Super GT NSX's, mid 90's LeMans NSX's, etc.. Sure, its not an NSX but im sure it would still look great.

You could also search for S2000's in the N1 racing series.. Just some ideas.

 

Thanks for the input guys, and yea Senna is actually my favourite driver so initially i really wanted the mp4/4 livery, but i couldnt really picture it looking right because of the soft top so i didnt commit, so far no f1 livery seem to look good on the car haha
