Wink Front Bumper

One of the most replaced body parts is probably the front bumper cover?!?! I have an AP1 and need to replace mine. Debating to customize or to maintain OEM. Advice? If custom what brand, type, look for Bumper? Bumper would be first to replace followed by the hood, again customize or maintain OEM? I think if I were to replace the bumper with custom I may need to look at side skirts as well - what do you think?
So, your thoughts? OEM or Custom?

I'm replacing with OEM. As for custom, I'd go with the 20th anniversary edition.

Darcy, Thank you for the 20th anniversary hint. I had not seen this one before but definitely got me thinking!

If you want OEM, OEM is best.

I do not like the 20th Anniversary bumper at all. I have yet to see a car that looked good with it.

Most of the side skirts made for this car only look good with one or two front bumpers, at most.

There are a lot of options, pick what fits best with the rest of the modifications you plan for the car.

Do you like the Voltex front bumper? Great! But if you want to keep the otherwise stock, maybe reconsider. The car will look way too visually heavy and aggressive in front and pretty bland in a lot of others.

Do you like the 20th Anniversary bumper? Okay! The Voltex side skirts and Top Secret diffuser will leave you with a couple inches more ground clearance in the front and make it look like the car is sagging. Maybe reconsider!

Ditto for wheel fitment and ride height.

I second considering the 20th Anniversary bumper if you like how it looks. Looks like ICB Motorsports in Phoenix still has them if you can deal with the $2k price.

Personally, I thought it looked funny the first time I saw it but it grew on me and I absolutely love it now. Still looks OEM Honda, but really modernizes the look of the S2000 without straying from the overall design theme.
