I took off my front bumper and headlights to clean them. After mounting all the headlight brackets back to stock position, i can't get the front bumper to line up with the undertray. I need the bumper to sit another 1/2-1 inch towards the undertray to be able to bolt it back up. The only thing i did differently was tightening the two nuts holding the L bracket at the top of the front bumper because I they were loose when I took the front bumper off. Should these nuts be slightly loose?

 

Try loosening them slightly and sliding the bumper back. Never full tighten until all parts are properly aligned.
