I've got a MY07 and I recently noticed that the right side of my front bumper is a little off... the bumper is not flush with the fender and there's a little gap between the bumper and the light.

So, I figured I'd just take the bumper off and reinstall it and hopefully that'll fix it. What tools are required and what's the general gist of how to get started with it?

1- loose the bolt that is bolting the fender to the bumper
2- Push the bumber to make it flush to the fender
3- Keep the bumper pushed , and tighten the bolt

it should solve your problem
