ok.. So I am looking for a front lip. I have a ap1. Was originally BB, but now it is Black with a blue pearl.

Opinions...
What would be better. BB front lip, or a Carbon Fiber front lip?

I say if you arent going to be able to color match it right, get a carbon one. Carbon fiber looks natural unpainted. Even though some dont like it, there are alot that do. Plus you can always paint it and color match it later on if your every getting something re-sprayed the color of your car.

 

Since the lip won't match exactly I also think a CF one might look better.

 

CF AP1 lip looks out of place. There's no benefit in ordering it in CF, and it doesn't look beeter either.

I say go BB. $42 shipped from ebay if I remember correctly?

 

I like the CF idea. Just my 2 cents.

 

it's very expensive though. $420 & $42 is a very large price difference, they're the same design and they're very close weight-wise.

I just ordered the polyurethane, if it gets eaten up by driveways it won't crack and is a lot cheaper to replace than the CF version

That's just how I see it though. I love CF but it makes me cry when it cracks or fades
