came back to find my pride and joy in a bad state today i'm absolutely gutted....

Any thoughts on best way forward - new fender or could the panel be salvaged?

Would replace wing,not worth trying to fix it,bumper should repair hard to get a bumper even a new one.
Get a pro to have a looksie,looks to have missed headlight though!
Any cameras where it got hit,so you can get the Sh1t who done the damage ?

 

Gonna need a fender, it’s too complicated to reshape, fill to get it right.

 

Thanks. The culprit was honest, left a note and admitting full liability. I plan to get a cash settlement from insurance so I can take it to a shop of my choice.
i'll get a new wing and aim for fix bumper.

Check the suspension and alignment too, you don't know if it clouted the wheel during the impact and bent something.

 

That SOB, I hope they burn in hell for eternity. I hope you get her back is good shape soon, I would replace both bumper and fender, you are so lucky you car's color is white so that should not a big problem in terms of matching the OEM color. Car looks awesome by the way....

Is it worth buying a spare front bumper and saving it as a spare?

I would still be fuming mad about my car getting damaged for one simple reason, carelessness.
