And now you LOOK like a dumbass. JK fellow delval. My dad had a 88 firebird that the same thing happened to. Is that the rear pinch weld?

That's the front and from what it looks like, you were using the wrong jack point.

Looks like only the fender got damaged. Thats a cheaper fix than the frame underneeth.

Its only the fender, I can get to the dent from the inside through the splash guard. Is it ok to pop it out from there?

It is ok to pop it out from there but it prob won't be straight again u will prob need a new fender buy if u pop it out it should be better then what it is now

A rubber mallet. Or maybe one of those paintless dent removal guys can fix it. Can't tell how bad the damage is in the photo but those guys can fix a lot of things that don't look fixable.
