To Learn My Paintcode?
Is there a way to know what color my car is using the VIN? The issue is it's silver, and I've seen it once at the bodyshop but indoors so it's kind of dark and couldn't tell how light a shade of silver it is. Shop's far and they're working on it but I'd like to order my front lip today and don't know anything besides the VIN. Is it possible to find out the paint code with it or am I stuck waiting to get my car to order? Thanks ahead guys

No, not by the VIN. it's on the drivers side door by the jam. It's probably Sebring or Silverstone, and if you follow the link it will give you the paint code for your particular car.

I want to know the name of the color I have (I can't get the paintcode until next week when I get the car) so I can order my front lip. Hehe, guess I'll wait. Guys won't even reply so I'm kind of stuck. Is Silverstone the darker of the two? I feel like mine is kind of dark.

Does your car resemble this color:
Silverstone

Sebring

Call the shop and have them open the drivers side door and look at the tag on the door jam. It will say one of the paint codes listed below. Problem over.
NH552M Sebring Silver Met
NH630M Silverstone Met

yes you can get the paint code by the vin, its actually the best way as it will even tell them what factory painted it as all are different believe it or not. The vin is the best way to get your code. I do this at my local shop when i need paint mixed for my car and color matches up perfect not even a shade off.
