matching yellow paint
Hi Hit wheel front wheel arch on my yellow s2000, code y52p small bit of filler fine sanded white primer left to dry final light sand then top coat of y52p after three coats horror
paint looks green in comparison not even close match. used rubbing compound but no blending at all looks totally wrong . bought official honda y52p touch up for chips again looks lot darker...... any ideas or will I have to pay a fortune to the body shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help

Paint matching is always a challenge. Seems fairly straightforward to me. If you can't match it then get the pros to do so.
At least it isn't Rio Yellow Pearl. The body shop I used did an excellent job matching my Rio but even it isn't totally perfect under certain lighting conditions.
