He bought it as a stock CR and then wrapped and modded it. It's my buddy Jeff's. If you think the pictures look good, you've gotta see it in person.

 

 

People are entitled to their opinions whether you agree or think they're constructive or not. Matte black isn't ubiquitous but it has already been played out IMO. That said, if the OP wants to do it then the OP should go for it. It's the OP's car and it's a subjective matter.

 

I agree, flat black is played out and doesn't look good
