Need paint help

My car was painted House of Kolors Medium Teal. I was of anyone could fimd the paint code for that. Im in need of touching up some spots but I cant find the color code. Thanks in advance.

My shop has a camera that scans your paint and can make a color off the camera shot. Ask around im sure other shops around have the same thing.
