Default painting wheels

Is it possible to paint the wheels with the tires mounted on? Also, how do i remove the powder coat from them...

I'm sure you can but it will probably suck masking the tires off.

deck of cards between rim and tire with low tire pressure. Powder coat is a B to get off. You can try paint remover but I dont think its going to work. Sand blasting will.
Why not re-powder coat?

I wanted to re-powder coat but problem is theres no one that does it locally, any one use aircraft paint remover for powder coat?

That Eastwood stuff is DOPE! I used it on a valve cover once and took the paint off with a breeze. Just had to buy 2 gallons but got the job done in 30 minutes.
