Hi guys,

Sorry to say this but I was involved in an accident and damaged what looks to me like the quarter panel and a part that stems from it (I don't know the name of it, it's cirlced in the picture).



Could you guys tell me what needs to be done to repair/replace that part?

that's the rocker panel/door sill. you can probably order one from majestic Honda. depending on the damage it will either have to be pull out or cut out with a new one welded in. I imagine a good body shop would probably charge between 800 to 1000 parts, labor and all.
