Default Remove tiny dimples in body?

My car has two or three tiny "dimples" in the body. They are very minor, hardly noticeable. But, I see them every day and they bug me. One of them is the result of an acorn falling from a tree and hitting the hood when I was driving at about 40mph. None of them seem to have any paint damage, just a very very small indentation.

Can these be removed without risk of making it worse?

A paint less dent removal expert is all you need. If they can't work the dent out from the underside, they should be able glue pull a minor imperfection like you describe.

What The King said. Find a good PDR guy. They should be able to take out the dings.

slightly bigger than an acorn dent....

Amazing. But, it looks to me from that video that there is a rough area remaining that you can see at about 4:15 running along the body contour near where he was tapping from the exterior with the hammer handle?

If I had a big dent in a car that is basically a daily driver then this would be a wonderful outcome. But, I'm reluctant to mess with a tiny dimple in my precious S for fear the result might be worse than it is now.

Little dimples are doable especially if you can reach behind. The trick is to have stripped lights so you can see the slightest wave. You can even bang on it using your fingers. One of those TV dent pullers (uses hot glue to fix a puller on the area then pull on it till the bond breaks) can do a decent job over several applications. I have even used that on refrigerator dents and even a metal coffee carafe.
