So I just purchased a S and the rear bumper isnt the original. I noticed that inside where the rear wheels are, there isn't a liner covering the inner rear bumper portion. Is that how that how they come from the factory? If not, where can I purchase those liners?

 

That is how they came from the factory. However there is someone up in Canada take makes rear fender liners if you're interested.

 

Also, I'm trying to figure out if my rear bumper is an original. The VIN sticker isn't there and I have heard on some years, the rear bumper stickers didn't come on them from the factory.

 

You could take it off and look for any honda markings. I think the OEM parts have some markings on them that say honda somewhere on them. Then again if it fits and the paint is good why bother?
