SO I believe the problem is with the clips under the headlight. The gap is minimum so can I just push it on or do I need to take all the clips and screws out and redo it all????

I would try re-installing the front bumper yourself. Perhaps they rushed the process.

HOw do the clips snap on? is it straight on or at an angle? I push on the bumper and it feels like it wants to grab something......so I am wondering if I gotta take all the bolt out before I can snap them back again
