Hi. I just had my torn OEM soft top replaced by a shop. Everything looks great and the fitment seems right. The only thing I noticed, is when I drive with the windows down, and the top is up, I can hear the rear glass window area rattling. It concerns me since I don't want things to get worse, so I close the windows.

When I inspect it, everything looks fine, though there MAY be a bit of play in the area around where the glass window is. Is this a cause of a bad installation? I'm wondering if I should take it back to the shop to see if they can adjust it, or if it's just the aftermarket top. It was purchased from Ebay, but I remember customers on S2KI from that seller were pretty happy with it.

Any idea what this might be the cause of, or if it can be fixed? I wonder if it's just a matter of tightening something, but have no experience installing the top myself. Thank you.

 

Bump. This is still an annoyance for me. Any thoughts?
