This is my first post. I just picked up a sazuka blue 03 s2000. And well it has this bumper on it. And have been looking everywere to find out what it is. But no luck. My bumper has the same canards and everything. Probly gunna replace it with an ap2 bumper with a cr lip once I get my tax return unless this bumper is supper special or something? Anybody know what it is???

 

looks like a cwest version 2. bumper I think.. or cwest replica... If fitment is good... u should rock it for a few months to see if u like it. I haven't seen many cwest bumpers in my area and its something different. welcome to s2ki and I have a 03 ap1 too! woot!

 

If your bumper looks just like the dc sports s2000's bumper, it is definitely the cwest version 2 bumper. There are plenty of cwest v1 bumper copies but I dont think there are any Cwest v2 bumper copies. At least I've never heard of or seen one. I believe all of the authentic Cwest's parts are wind tunnel tested and track proven. Like innerlight mentioned, cwest v2 bumpers aren't as popular as other aftermarket bumpers.

I personally like the looks of both the cwest v2 bumper w/ canards and the ap2 bumper w/ cr lip. In case you decide to sell off the cwest, I suggest you research the worth of the bumper w/ canards. I believe the just the canards themselves are worth around 250 dollars new. I would keep the bumper as a spare or track bumper if it were me!

Your gonna replace it, unless its super special!?!?? If you don't like it or there is a problem with it, then replace it. Why would you keep it if you don't like it? Doesn't matter is its "super special".

 

Ok thanks guys I took the bumper off today and there is cwest stickers on the inside. I bought the front splitter for it and now looks better then before. Cuz mine didn't have the splitter. Its growning on me now with the splitter but some guy at a local speed shop offered me 750 for splitter, bumper and canards. So thats kinda tempting. But idk I like it now. Anyone know who sells this bumper? So I can price everything out... Thanks for the help guys

 

i can get that front bumper only for 510 new, i think the canards are 190.00

 

can i get more pics of this bumper? i have always liked it.. but never say on a real s2000 besides stock pictures..
