Default ABS Issue

Description says it all for the most part.

I jumped pins 4 and 9 to get the ABS codes... there were quite a few but the only one other than the typical bad wheel sensor codes was code 61... low voltage to the ABS module (I believe).

The kicker is that this only comes on when I get to about 74-75mph... I can cruise at 73 all day with no problemo. It then clears itself on the next start after I drive a half mile or so.

I did re-seat the ABS module connector. It looked nice and clean and I got it nice and snug. No change at all. Also tried swapping the 30 amp fuse out thinking maybe it wasn't blown, but was dorked up somehow... no change.

Any suggestions?
