Default Alignment Issue

So my 05 is all stock except for Tein Flex Monoflexes. Its lowered about 1" from stock height.
Took it in for an alignment and in the fronts, driver side maxes out at 1.8 but the passenger side can easily go to 2.5.
What can be wrong with my suspension/? Nothing looks bent/damaged. Car has no signs of accidents and the car pulls/feels straight.

Zero the eccentric adjusters for Caster/Toe/Camber then loosen/shift the sub-frame until the measurements are all as close side to side as possible. Then adjust camber/caster/toe from this point, assuring the most even adjustment allowed. Just sounds like the sub-frame may be a few mm off-center.
