Default Alignment Issue

So, my car was pulling to the right for the past few weeks and I finally found time to get it aligned again. After sitting in the shop for two hours the mechanic told me that all he could get out of the right front caster was 2.9*. I took a look at the right and left front lower control arms and it seems the right caster bushing is sitting lower out of the arm than the right. Would this affect the caster setting?

Here are the specs on the alignment, not too happy.

Front
Camber: L:-.5* R:-.5*
Caster: L:5.4* R:2.9*
Toe: L:.02* R:.02* (didn't want any front toe, they still set it)

Rear
Camber: L:-1.6* R:-1.5*
Toe: L:.17* R:.23*

Here is the right control arm

Here is the left control arm

If it turns out to be the lower control arm or bushing, I don't mind replacing the entire arm, seeing as the left front is brand new.

There is definitely something wrong with that bushing. The metal sleeve around the bushing looks cracked. Also looks like the arm is on a slant. Replacing the arm/bushing would be your best bet.

Well, I figure bushing kits cost around 180ish and new arm is 220. The driver side lower arm is brand new, why not make the passenger one new also.
