Alignment question
Getting alignment tomorrow and want some input. Car is a MY 02 with stiffest factory sway bar front and softest factory rear i.e. MY 99/06. Still running oem coil overs. Tire are staggered 17" 215/45 and 245/40. Street driven 90%, auto-x 10%. I want to improve on current alignment without hurting street manners. Below is what shop showed current alignment as, thanks.

What do you actually want to improve?
Just judging from the sheet you should set a baseline with a relative stock setting. Which you seem to be a bit off from.
I'd start with the UK alignment. Off the top of my head i think its (hopefully someone can confirm if i have it right)
F Camber -1
F Toe 0
F Caster (just ask for max caster - you should get about 6 or more)
R Camber -1.5 (or -2????)
R Toe In Total 0.4
I cant remember if toe in is negative or positive so just make sure its Toe in

So i actually googled it and its (from robrobinette) and yes 0.2 for each side. Conversion is a little tricky as 0.4 total is in minutes.
UK Specs (AP1 only)
Front Caster 6º 45' (+ 0.75º over US Spec)
Front Camber -1º (+ 0.5º)
Front Total Toe 0º (no change)
Rear Camber -2º (+ 0.5º)
Rear Total Toe-in 0º 40' (+ 0.036 inch)

Please make note that values are in degree / minutes (60 minutes in a degree) - Welcome to the metric world
The other thing to be wary is the skill of the person doing the alignment. Not many cars have adjustable caster and there is a process for adjusting it.
If the shop says they cant adjust one without severly affecting camber then they don't really know what they are doing and i would suggest finding another shop that can.
You should easily get to 6deg of caster with -1 camber at stock height unless you have something bent.
I prefer a lot less toe-in than this (i'm at 0.2 deg total). Start here though and drive the car then come back with impressions.

For a street car that u like to drive hard sometimes.
fronts:
-1 camber or a little more if u would like
keep caster even at 6 degree or more both sides
0 degree toe up front.
Rear:
-1 camber
7-14 degree toe in each side.
Have fun !
