Default Any benefit putting CR front subframe on AP2?

Since I have to replace my front subframe on my AP2, I'm thinking of adding the CR subframe, but not sure if there's a benefit in doing so. I see a bunch of folks doing conversions for AP1 and for rear subframes, but none have done this particular setup.

thoughts?

I don't know about that, but I just put CR springs on just my Rear on my AP1 and the car feels amazing.

Several more hours of research, I can answer my own question. For the s2ki record:

AP1/AP2/CR subframes are interchangeable, the only difference is the CR subframe has an additional bracket for the steering stiffener. The price of AP2 and CR front subframe are the same.

So, I'll just slap on the CR subframe as I'm thinking of doing the CR upgrade anyway.

What's wrong with your subframe that it needs to be replaced? Since you've already done the research, what's the cost for a subframe?

I have a few small bends in it, insurance is covering the cost after deductible, so I'm replacing with a new one.

The part number is 50200-S2A-G01 and Majestic Honda has good prices, $595. Remember to get get the three different bolts with it as well, always replace these bolts.

I realize this is an old thread but figured I would post this as the CR front sub frame is still available new and is the same price as the AP2 one. As mentioned above the CR front sub frame has an additional bracket for the rear steering stiffener, but what I've not seen anyone mention is that the electric power steering ground cable is different. The good news is the cable is also still available for $10.
