Default Ap1 to Ap2 front end conversion

I'm sure this topic has come up man times before but i could'nt find it. I recently crashed my s2k (2000 ap1) and did quiet a lot of damage to the front end of the car. The bumper, the wings (fenders), heaadlights, hubs, shocks, wishbones, anti-roll bars, radiator, air con rad and subframe to hold the rads. Because the s2k is a rare car here in ireland theres not many being broken and original parts are very expensive but i've found a 2005 ap2 being broken for parts and have gotten a good deal on all the parts i need. I have done quiet a lot of google searches and found that the bumper, wings and headlights fit but i'm not 100% sure if all the suspension parts bolt straight onto the ap1 chassis. I have also found out that the ap2 anti-roll bars are very slightly shorter than the ap1 but do the bolt straight onto the ap1 also??? Any help would be much appreciated!

The concern here is that using AP2 suspension parts on the front and keeping your AP1 springs and sway bar in the back may produce some undesireable handling.

You might consider getting '05 rear springs as well as and '05 rear sway bar.

Here is a link that lists the different spring and sway bar rates by year. http://www.mccanless.net/Characteriz...rings_rev1.pdf
