Default AP1 rear sub frame on AP2

Hello Everyone!

I have a 2007 AP2 and my rear subframe is damaged. I have an AP1 rear subframe with me and I just wanted to check if it is possible to use the AP1 rear subframe on an AP2.

Appreciate all help and advice.

Thanks
Hasan

Yes, it will fit. But the more agressive toe curve will make it feel weird. The AP2 subframe and components were designed to reduce bumpsteer and, ultimately, reduce oversteer.

You mean spacing the pickup points for the rear upper control arms did all that? Cause that's the only change I noticed, oh and they use the same bushings up front.

Point is if you want to use an Ap1 rear subframe, you'll need new rear upper control arms, and they're ~$200/ea new from Honda, ~$50 for used ones, but you take a chance on them being bent. Or aftermarket, meegan and godspeed make rear uppers for Ap1's and they're adjustable.
