Default Best solution for lowering my S2000

Whats the best solution for lowering my S2000 about 30-40mm?

Should I get brand new coil overs or new Ibac spring and keep the original shocks?

Any help/advice greatly appreciated

Thanks

"better" in what way?

the cheapest is to go springs.

techinically speaking with such a big slam it's probably better to go for coilovers.
