I've had my coilovers apart a few times and was looking at them wondering how long/tall do the bumpstops really need to be. If I'm running my car on the low side (no slammed) and want to get a little more travel before I'm on the bumpstops can I safely do so?

 

did those bumpstops come with the coilovers?
