Default Can't get uk alignment settings

So I took my car to an alignment shop, and told them to use the uk spec which I gave them, and according to them, they couldn't get the rear toe that I wanted with the camber that I wanted, so long story short I could only get 1.4 degrees of camber on both sides instead of the full 2.0 degrees. What could cause this and how can I fix it? Another thing they said is that they couldn't find the caster adjustment which imo is kind of retarded but I searched a little and I couldn't find any specific info on how to adjust it so I'm not really sure what to tell them. They promised if I take it back they could redo the alignment at no charge if I can tell them where the caster adjustment is. Any info you guys have would be great thanks in advance!

I had no issues getting it done at NTB. Took a while but they were able to do it.

Where did you take it?

I just did some massive research on alignments after getting my kw3s installed recently. Not every place and not every person knows how to do an alignment on the s2000. Some people have no clue how to move the suspension on our cars and try to read off the computer which bolt to turn in the wrong order. The camber, caster, and toe needs to be adjusted in a certain order as far as I know. I ran into the same problem and when I went back and told them the order, they were able to get the specs I wanted. Read here for a better understanding:

"If you are trying to maximize your camber in the front simply set the camber and caster adjusters to max outward extension (move the bottom of the wheel hub outward). Then tweak the adjusters on the wheel with the most caster and camber to match the other wheel. Once the caster and camber are set adjust the toe. Doing this will give you the optimal setting of camber and caster."

"If you are trying to maximize your camber in the rear start with both adjusters set for maximum outward extension (move the bottom of the wheel hub outward). Tweak the wheel with the most negative camber to set the camber equal on both sides. Check your toe settings. If you have toe-out or too little toe-in use the toe adjuster to set toe. If you have too much toe-in use the camber adjuster to set the toe. The toe setting is usually the limiting factor so you would normally use the camber adjuster to set the toe."

They clearly don't know what they are doing lol

Yeah I took it to NTB as well. I guess their level of expertise varies with the location, but anyways I'm going to first attempt to get them to do it in the right order as pwrinxs said, and if they still can't get it done, then I'll ask for my money back. From what they told me, it definitely seams like they adjusted the toe first because on the phone, they told me that they maxed out the camber in the rear while keeping the toe settings that I wanted. I'll keep you guys updated in case you care to see how NTB handles this. Thank you very much pwrinxs

No problem! I hope it turns out OK. What alignment settings are you running BTW? Also are you stock?

I'm in need of an alignment doing too on my AP2. I knew i'd have to take it to a specialist but it's looking a tad more difficult that first thought. Dillon are you AP1 or AP2?

Another -0.5 degree negative camber all the way around basically. I don’t recall if there are any differences in toe, but factory spec toe on this car isnt ideal anyway. They call for too much in the rear and should be none up front. Bother are excessive and unneeded, add undo tire wear and some corky handing.

An ideal semi agresssive street performance spec on this car should be -1 to -1.5 camber front. -1.5 to -2 rear. 0 toe front. 0.15 to 0.10 toe rear. No more then 30 total. Stock spec caster is good at 6 to 6.5 degrees.
