I was just in the same boat as you, ended up going with Ohlin DFVs as I wanted single adjust and the third path for oil on high speed rebound really looks dope. The KW's are great too though, and had I got those my car would have them instead of waiting for 2 months. Anyways, thats irrelevant. Have you considered going used and getting them rebuilt/valved? Would most likely come out a little cheaper and you can get something that suits your use specifically.

I was also considering koni and have them custom build the coilover based on my needs.
I drive my car once or twice a week at the most sometime not even that, so I don't care about comfort I actually like a stiff set up.
I want my car to handle like a race car.
If it was me, I'd spend the extra $500 or whatever and get Ohlins. But then, I spent the extra when it was more like $1000. The DFV technology makes these the perfect shocks for street use. Still "handles like a race car" ... whatever that is.

I agree. It's a slippery slope though, I started out wanting pss9s then KW v3s, but now instead I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting 2 months for my ohlins.
