Default Eibach Failed me....

Well, couple months ago I purchased the Eibach swaybars(front and rear) off of Amazon because of there great price.

The rear fit perfectly with a little bit of elbow grease trying to remove the factory exhuast system.

Now, onto the problem....

Earlier today, I started installing the Eibach's front swaybar and came to a hault because of there quality control failed in the process.
(let the pictures speak for itself)

OEM Bumpstop to bumpstop distance....28" apart

Eibach Bumpstop to Bumpstop distance....27.5" apart

Right side with leg room to work with.

Left side with no room and wrapped around the radius.

Basically, the swaybar is centered to the left by about 1/2~1" in distance. It wont mount center to center with the car nor would it mount correctly.

(I'm gonna try to get in contact with Eibach next week if they have solution/replacement on hand at there facility)

My Eibach front sway bar fit no problem. I haven't heard of anyone else having issues either. I think you just got unlucky.

I could force it on but it'll just bind on the left side.

Update: I called earlier....they are closed for the holidays. So, no luck till after New Years possibly.

You'll just have to break the worm clamp and reposition & crimp it.

Well, today I finally got in contact with one of the representative at Eibach over the phone.

I've talked to them about the situation and they are willing to work with me to exchange it.

Also, try to find out what went wrong during the process of manufacturing there product.

They're currently talking to the R&D department(sent pics of it).
