Default eselir install question

right now im pretty short on time everyday and i wanna install my springs one sunday. my question is if i run out of time is it ok to just install the front springs one sunday and do the rear the next, besides the obvious hot rod look will it damage anything. i was kinda worried about the front being angled down too much and scraping my lip too much. Anyway thanks a lot.

I would just be worried about the lip. Obviously, your car is going to drive funny and more weight will be up front. I think it's more work to get the car jacked up than it is to swap the springs, so I would just wait.

shouldn't really affect anything. if you are really concerned you can always install the rear first.

in all honesty its a 4 hr job and thats going slow...just remember to preload the springs before tightening down the shocks and struts,..and move the gas filler neck to save about an hr of cursing

4 hour job at most taking breaks and messing around. Springs took me about 15 minutes per corner to install and I was in no hurry. I also didnt move the filler neck, but I have no softtop or rear interior to get in the way either.

I just Installed mine yesterday. Espelir ASD's on stock struts.

I put off doing this all summer because some of the feedback that I received here but It was a mistake, This was extremely simple. I started doing this around 3pm sunday, first I rolled my rear fenders and then I put the springs and I was done by 8pm. I even did a oil change and took a break to go get something to eat.

My only advice is : go straight for the filler neck, it's simple to remove and makes things simple as they can be. I didn't even have to use a spring compressor to remove the old springs(but I did have air tools,14mm on a 1/2 inch impact works great.)

The other is in the front remove the upper control arm is simple and fast. I saw some people rather remove the upper ball joint out but taking the 2 bolts for the upper control arm is easier< if you don't have air tools just make sure you have a long breaker bar or a 3 foot pipe.(I made one from yard fence pipe.
