Default front brake pads

hey guys i just got my car back from the shop, and reason im posting here is ont many people ever check the brake section. they installed my front back pads with no shims at all. they did not even reuse the stock ones...do i need front shims? they dont seem to be crabing the whole front caliper at all. it doesnt look like it is touching much on the rotor, braking is terrible. and i have brand new centric premuims and ebc red stuff pads. they have NO bite. you can phyically see where it has touched the rotor and where it has not. i need help with this asap. thanks

I will do the bed in. They have to buy me all new pads becuas they screwed them all up. The filled the knobs off the front pad and it was not grabbing. And the rear calipers where loaded, I mean loaded with grease. The grease was on and inbeteeen the pads. And more.

If they filed off nubs on the front pads, it's because they were trying to fit inboard pads in the outboard position. Inboard (adjacent to piston) pads are different from the outboard ones (visible through the wheel).

Morons...

Yeah. It's been at this shop 5 times. When they give me all my new pads I'm driving home and I'm going to go over everyone.
