Default Full bushing change: Spoon or Powerflex ? ?

Hi

after 11 years of ownership and more than a few track days (but not that many miles: <40K) reckon I need a complete renewal of bushings in the suspension

only question is Spoon or Powerflex ?

otherwise car has Nitron oneway shocks and runs on Toyo R888s, but I always drive to the track....

experience / feedback on Spoon and Poxerflex bushings would be greatly appreciated

thanks

Same shit different pile, but i'd get powerflex, cause it'd probably be cheaper, and spoon is usually just slightly modified oem stuff.

powerflex is cheaper but if they make the much car harder than it already is with Nitron shocks / Eibach springs then I might go with spoon...

anybody have any idea the relative "hardness" between the powerflex & spoon bushings ?
