Agreed, most people don't know that a ton of the BIG name, awesome coilovers are made in the exact same factories as the cheap coilovers. These fall in that range I assume.
Being made in the same factory means nothing. Trust me. A shitty coil over is still shitty, regardless if it's made in the same factory as another.

Where it's made has nothing to do with the quality of the coilovers. The materials are all the same. If the company chose good specs and the coilover itself was valved PROPERLY, then it is a good product. As far as function&form goes, they target the slammed crowd and their coilovers imo are average at best.

I wouldn't get a no-name coilover. Suspension failure at speed is too catastrophic to risk IMO.

I've honestly been leaning HEAVILY towards buddy club N+ coils

Its gotten good reviews on this forum, will do what I want it to do, and fits my budget.

Just looking around at F&F now beacuse they're cheaper

just repeating but the f2s are popular within the civic and integra groups. when i was searching for coilovers for my civic the reviews for the f2 coils were basically the same as those for ksport d2 and megan. some people loved them and some people hated them. so if you are considering f2, then i'd recommend you just find the cheapest one you can between the four brands above since the quality should be about the same. they should all have about the same risk in giving out within a year or so or lasting a long time.

if you are interested in track time i'd suggest going a little stiffer with the megans, which some sponsors on here have some great deals btw

i've herd these are made by the same company as megan racing. If that means anything id say there pretty good(read last line) coilovers. I've been runing the Megan Racing Track coilovers for about 2 years now and there holding up pretty good as far as leaks and damage. I havnt had a problem with them. I have no track experience so i cant say much as far as handling...

while i cant say how these perform on a s2, i had the type 2's on my 98 civic hatch for 2+ years and i was nothing but happy, they never blew out, they went really low and they rode great!
