Default making coilover choice help hehe insert 2bits

choosing between buddy clubs N+ found for 980 shipped brand new or hks hipermax III found for 1999 shipped.

this is gonna be for my dd car that i started to ocassionally track every other month or so

ive seen good reviews on both but wanted some more input or any other suggestions on price or other brands sets.

thump up coilovers for 2000 or under shipped is what im lookin at pretty much. im ready to buy now too lol.

i got some evs driveshaft spacers, arp extended wheel studs, muteki sr48's extended lugs, and soon probably a antibump steer kit and camber kit if needed.
got my asm rear overfenders, and gonna get some j's front fender replica's today... planning on gettin wheels in 2 more weeks, looking at 17x9.5 maybe 17x10
im trying to finish the car soon hehe.

plus i got a chargespeed bottom line front lip, brake air ducts. im gonna order some downforce side strakes soon too!
car is a sexy turqouise im exited lol pic will be up soon with my build thread.

You seem to have a pretty expansive budget, so you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not paying the extra $400 for KW V3s. I've been running them on my combined DD/AutoX car for seven months, and in my opinion there isn't a better coilover this side of Penske or Ohlins.

They have an adjustment range from go-kart stiff to rolls-royce (ok i exaggerate, but not much) smooth, are fully warrantied, and have very well-chosen spring and damping rates. They also allow for a 2.5" drop, if you're into that kind of thing.

For another 300 on top of the v3 why not get the evs spec eibach multi pro r2...you'll have a set pretty damn good track coil overs

If you've got a budget around $2k...you really cannot beat the KWs. Other options would be the Tein monoflex's or the Fortune Auto 500 or 510s.

I'm running Buddy Club N+ at the track (2 track sessions so far) and they hold up very well. For novice like me they work very well and i'm getting decent times too and constantly shaving my time as with every session. Not too stiff on street either.
