maxed camber
My s was in a accident and the passenger side camber is maxed out. I have replace the control ARM and ball joint with new parts but the knuckle and upper ARM are used parts. The camber is only at -1 and it Is max out the other side is at -1 but can go more negative. Does anybody have a clue why the passenger side is doing that?
Your subframe may be biased to one side of the car. If you lossen the subframe bolts while the car is on the alignment rack, you should be able to push the subframe towards the side of the car with less camber to even the camber out. It worked on my car.
well you do it while the car is on jack stands.
1. get the car on jack stands
2. take the wheel(s) off
3. place jack underneath hub
4. loosen the upper control arm bolts
5. pump the jack til the car is about .5 inch off the jack stand. torque the bolts down.
6. done.
of course this is a very vague description of the step by step. but it is all there.

Ok I will try that today after the alignment shop if the undoing the sub frame doesn't work. Do you think that is why that side could also sit a little higher also with the coilovers all the way down? The other side I can lower I few more turns.

I had the opposite problem. My driver rear would not go below 2.5 camber (4.4 after being lowered). I had my alignment done at evasive. My guy tied moving the subframe over but it didn't help. He wasn't sure exactly what the problem was but a camber joint "fixed" the issue.
