Default Need help with camber

So I purchased an AP1 that has a lot of camber issues in the rear. I see the Megan upper control arms but it's a hefty price. I replaced the toe arm cuz it had toe issues, replaced upper control arm thinking it was bent. Now I see on ebay something affordable to correct camber but it looks like it's for the toe. I'm highly skeptical on this product correcting camber, maybe I'm wrong, can someone help? Thanks in advance.

Link to the product.

p.s. I know the SPC ball joints are available, but only corrects 1.5 degree as my rear are over 3 degree of camber.

Just have Tein S tech's on stock shocks. Cambers were jacked up before lowering. The alignment guys said it was far too off to correct with the OEM equipment.

If you can't dial in camber on 100% OEM parts, something is bent or seized. Maybe the camber hardware is seized into the lower A-arm bushing, locking it out of spec.. or maybe the lower Arm is bent..

What did the alignment tech tell you? Was he able to twist the camber adjustment bolt at all? Or was 3* all that was achievable when minimized out?

It was capable of twisting. Just that the negative camber was too far off to correct on OEM adjustments. He said on the naked eye, nothing looks bent.

I'd say something has to be bent. I am too low and I can get to ~-2* with all OEM parts.
