**UPDATE** Okay, so I replaced the front passenger side lower control arm and we were able to get all the alignment specs that we wanted, so the front is fixed. However, the rear apparently still has something wrong with it. Once the camber gets past -1.5 degrees the toe shoots way up.
Here are the specs we ended up with to make the car at least drivable:
FRONT
Camber:-2
Toe:0
Caster: 6

REAR
Camber: -1.5
Toe: .2

As you may recall, I recently replaced the rear lca, so what else could be bent that could be causing the toe to be so out of whack? I'm thinking possibly tie rod although it does not look bent. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming the rear toe arm adjustment was maxed out? If so then it's most likely a bent knuckle. Compare the distance of the toe arm balljoint to the rotor on the left and right side. The side with the problem will be really close to the rotor.

Yes, the toe was maxed out. The lowest I could get it to go was .10 on the pass side. I'll try and jack it up tonight and take measurements and report back.

Okay, it's been a while since I've checked back with you all, but I finally got the rear right knuckle replaced a few weeks ago and I'm still getting alignment issues that are even worse than last time! My rear left camber can get -2.5 easily, but my rear right camber can only get to -.8 and even then the toe is at 2 degrees! I'm at a loss as to what it can be. Assuming all parts I replaced were straight, what else could it be?? Just to recap, I've replaced the rear right lower control arm, rr knuckle, and oem struts. Any ideas? It's getting to that point where I'm sadly beginning to give in and think about selling my s2000

You replaced it with a brand new knuckle?

Used. The guy I bought it from guaranteed me it was straight. We just worked on the alignment a little bit more and the final specs we got were -2.5 rl -1.5 rr .2 toe total in rear

Damn that's a tough one because if it is straight then it could be the subframe but if that's the case you should be able to see it.

Is camber limited by the toe adjuster or the adjuster on the control arm?

Yeah, I would think that the control arm would be noticeably bent before the subframe would bend.

I'm thinking that it is limited by the adjuster on the control arm, but I wasn't there the whole time while my friend was working on dialing it in so I'm not 100% sure.

Do you think I should replace the subframe or the tie rod first? It's obvious that I need to replace something, but I just don't know the order that I should go replacing things in.

I would measure everything up first then replace whatever doesn't measure up correctly to the other side.

I doubt your toe arm is bent but the mount on the sub frame or knuckle could be.

Take a picture of your alignment adjustment points in the rear (4 total) and and post them up here.
I'm going to be working on my car in a bit and I'll take a picture of one side so you have an idea of what I'd like to see.
