Default Need help picking rotors !

Hey fellow s2k owners, my rotors are beyond warped, and instead of getting them resurfaced I thought I should just get new rotors. Dont know a whole lot about rotors, much less brakes in general. Whats good for the price of 400$ front and rear ? Is that to low and will only get me low quality rotors ? I was looking at brembos, they're like 200 for rear and 200 for front. If I went with that should I get slotted or drilled ? Also, if I were to get those. And I later on purchased a pair of Brembo calipers off a friends 06 evo will they fit ? I will also be changing pads, lines & fluids. I already have a mechanic or is doing that for me. He just quoted me a lot for rotors(I'm sure they are good) but I'd rather purchase my own and have him install them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

The OEM are more then enough and I track mine (just upgraded pads, lines, fluid). But the OEM do the job. I've had Racing Brake on my 500hp Evo and they were pretty solid. Would use them again. Also saw that SOS just release some nice ones I think they were like $100 each (could be wrong). But if your not tracking hard and often you will be fine with OEM.

Thankyou very much but if I researched correctly, brembos would only be about 200 more for both front and rear compared to oem. Would it be worth it to spend the extra 200 if I have the $$ or do you strongly believe there's no difference or more life in the brembos compared to oem ?
