Ohlins DFV's - Review
Daily, I run 225 / 255. Autocross, I run 255 square z2's.
I'll be running in another Autocross in a week or so, plus we are taking the car to six gap run as a part of our honeymoon this weekend. I'll have more input then as well.

Dixie Solo at Cecil (SGMP)
I've made a few changes and dialed the shocks back in. The past event I was 4th in pax in a group of 60, 9th in pax today with a group of 88. I've got great results from these shocks and I hope you guys do as well, they are still the best bang for the buck if you ask me.

With all the praise of the Ohlin's DFV, has there ever been even one set put in a dyno? I'd love to see Dyno plots. I think they are good shocks, but I can find dyno sheets of its competitors - where's the DFV dyno? Has not one seller of these shocks out one on a dyno???

Would be most helpful! Thx! I'm worried about running these on full stiff with 750/650 springs, as hysteresis often increases at stiffer settings. Furthermore, compression will go up with rebound, instead of down.
I've learned that these don't work the best on full stiff, at least that's the case for me.
That's because full stiff rebound has a decent amount of hysteresis (difference in force production during acceleration of shock vs deceleration) between the 0-2 second piston speed range.
I think if I ran these I would do 700/600 hypercoils and stay at least 3 clicks off full stiff if I could help it. They should be great using them like that. The one advantage of the single adjuster double adjustment would be "turning them up" for track/autocross and "turning them down" for street - without laying on your back and burning your hands, like I do with my KW's, lol.
