Default Options to lower car slightly

What are the options for lowering the S less than 1"? There are two reasons I want to do this. First, I like the stock look, just a little bit lower will be perfect, I dont want it slammed. Second, I do not want to compromise the OEM suspension geometry.

I know some cars have x2 balljoints, and other ways of lowering.

Swift spec R springs are made to work with the factory dampeners.

I'm running swift sports on stock struts. About an inch drop. Ride isn't noticeably worse then stock, and was able to get a factory spec alignment after they were installed.

So why is it common knowledge (sticky) that if you lower your car with just springs, the overall handling will degrade? If you can return to factory alignment specs, the only real difference to static position of the shock piston. It would start higher in the stroke.

Not exactly, the Spec R was made for the CR dampers.

A lot of the coil over setups are able to be adjusted to stock height. I'm using Tein flex coil overs and I'm currently about 3/8" lower than stock AP1

I have some H&R Sport springs I'll will to get rid of for cheap. They lower the car very modestly (0.75" front, 0.6" rear). Just putting it out there.

Cr dampeners and Ap1 dampeners are very similar, the Ap2 are softer
