So I bought my car with the Tein S tech springs installed and I was looking at them today and have reason to believe that they are the counterfeit ones. I was wondering if anyone would snap a picture of their real springs and post so that I can compare the font. Also, notice the lack of the "Tein" painted on label above the lot number. The Tein website says that the counterfeit ones will just have a sticker, which I suspect fell off of mine a long time ago. I looked with a mirror as best as I could all around the back side of the coil to try and find the "Tein" but I found nothing. Time to start shopping for new suspension.

 

Least you bought the car with them and didn't pay for something fake off eBay.
