Default Steering problem after spin out

So I was exiting off the highway at about 45 in the rain with bald tires, ended up spinning out and going off road driver side first. My passenger rear wheel camber adjustment plate surrounding the bolt was flattened putting camber at about -7 degrees. This was bent back into place and corrected as much as possible.
The previous alignment settings:
Front---
Caster- Left 7.2 Right 7.7
Camber- Left -.5 Right -.5
Toe- Left 0 Right 0 Total 0

Rear---
Camber- Left -2.2 Right -2.4
Toe- Left .2 Right .1 Total .3

The front of the car is a different story. There are no clearly visible signs of bends in the suspension but even after an alignment the car no longer feels planted or smooth. It feels jumpy from side to side and at higher speeds when accelerating it gives the same feeling. Also, at slow speeds around 5mph if I turn the wheel to the left a little over half a turn, it just wants to fall and lock to the left without driver input. All of this is after the crash and an alignment.
New alignment settings:
Front---
Caster- Left 7.5 Right 7.7
Camber- Left -1.2 Right -1.1
Toe- Left 0 Right 0 Total 0

Rear---
Camber- Left -2.8 Right -3.1
Toe- Left .15 Right .20 Total .35

All the specs were attempted to be put to stock. Or at least back to the previous settings because it used to handle like a dream. Could it be a bend in the subframe or maybe the subframe needs to be unbolted and bolted back up to ensure it is centered? I really don't know where to go from here, maybe put the car on a jig to see if they can tell me what is bent. I could really use any advice I miss my baby handling like the beast she used to be.

So...did you hit anything? Possible that some control arms could be out of whack too.

Other thing too that I'm wondering about, is if the Electronic Power Steering system got damaged from the jolt. It happened to me before after I had an unfortunate run in with the wall going through Sunset at Buttonwillow.

I didn't hit anything, but there was a slight drop off from the road that cause my rocker panel to get bent up a little bit along with the bottom of the fender. Nothing sharp enough to leave a crease but it's wavy.

Bent suspension components should be replaced, not "flattened out." Need more info, can't deduct anything from the info you have given.

The flattened out piece I was referring to is on the rear subframe. The bolt you turn to adjust camber pushes against 4 pieces of metal to set how much camber you want. The most outer piece of metal was flattened out and the bolt moved toward that way. I was able to move it and bend it back into place. I will probably get someone to weld behind it so it does not flatten out in the future.

Also my EPS light is not on so I don't think it messed with that system. But I guess I could check the electronics with a multi meter.

My EPS light wasn't on either when my system was messed up. I had return after making right handers, but no return from making lefties. It was that "whacked". Then again, 35+ MPH into the tire wall coming out of Sunset will "whack" a lot of things, including the loose nut behind the wheel that thought it was tight behind the wheel.

I know it's probably not practical, but a lot of S2k owners are OCD enough to replace anything that doesn't look factory spec condition, IE: replacing bent/broken/flattened stuff with new.
