Yeah, the brake lines are the only difference.
For example if you head over to Sake Bomb Garage their BBKs kits ask you which brake line style do you need.

06-09 brake lines are different but calipers are the same as mentioned above.

If you are running the stock OEM 2006-2007 10 spoke wheel, you will need a minimum 17mm spacer to clear the StopTech ST40 brakes. I'm unsure on other OEM wheels clearance.

If you have aftermarket wheels, you should check the thread on here that is specific for which wheels clear the ST40's.

You could get somebody to make a stupid purchase, or worse killed if their brakes fail... You should know by now that 06 was a significant model change that has some different parts. That includes the ABS system and maybe some other brake parts. Why assume that they haven't updated instructions or parts listings in 20 years rather than think maybe there's a reason it stops at 05?
The brake hoses are different, that's all. But if you're getting a great deal on a kit made for '05 and below, and '06+ isn't available, you'd just need to pick up a set of '06+ braided lines.

Then sell the lines that came with kit to an '05 and below owner.

I forgot that difference. Thx for pointing that out
