Default Suspension problems after accident

Hi,
I really need your help. After a very long time I discover that an old accident that I had with a drank driver is costing me a fortune.
He hid me on the rear right wheel, and after spending a lot of money and time for alignment because I dint know what the car had I find out that my rear suspension is damaged. The wheel is much lower than the other side with a new after market suspension and the setting of the suspension are the same.
I all ready change the rear lower arm and the cross member which they were bend but the wheel is still lower than the other side even when the car is on the air with no wheels attached. It is like the lower arm is squeezing the suspension. The distance is smaller but I am still talking about 1.5-2cm How can I see what is going on, any ideas???

I all ready went to Honda but they can not tell me if the knuckle needs to be replace because they said that the wheel is spinning ok. But again they didn’t know that my lower arm was bend either all the “professionals” that I went for alignment all this time, until a measure it and I made the discovery my self….

WHAT is my next step to change the upper arm and the knuckle/hub????

Will that solve my problem because I all ready spent a lot of money and I can afford to make experiments.

P.S
95% of the mechanics are trying to convince me that- that’s the way that the car will stand with an aftermarket suspension even throw that the stock suspension of the car are identical and on an other s2000 my suspension is sitting correctly suspension.

Thanks

Vass
