Default Suspension Setup Critique

I am in the process of redoing my 02 with 70k miles on its suspension. It all started with the compliance bushings being torn and has snowballed from there. This car is a mostly street car but will see some track use. Here is what I plane on using. Energy suspensions bushing kit front and back, Fortune 500 coilovers, megan lower ball joints, megan rear toe arms, spc upper ball joints in the front, powerflex sway bar bushings front. Does this seem like a decent setup? I also do not daily or put many miles on the vehicle. Wheels tires are rpf1 17x9 245/40 square.

You will need to install a zerks/grease fitting if you go energy suspension poly bushings. Also small bumps will feel harsher because of stiction. Not that they're bad from a performance stand point. Just letting you know you will have to maintain them, but if cared for they will last longer than oem.

I am mechanically inclined enough to do the zerk fittings. Do the bushings go to crap fast if you don't?

The black bushings from energy suspension is suppose to be self lubricating so they will probably last a lot longer than others.
But I would still install the zerks and cut some kind of grease grooves inside the bushings to help keep optimal function.

My experience with non-rubber bushings is that they make irritating noises. Even when lubed. If this is not *primarily* a track car, I'd stay with the OEM bushings.

I did the red energy suspension bushings in the front, we will see how long they last without zerks.

It depends on what you are after. My limited experience with the S2000 has shown me the OEM rubber bushings are not that compliant from a performance standpoint. I have used poly and delrin in the past and not been happy with either. My thought is OEM, if you need more, then spherical.
