Tein Flex help

Hey guys got an offer from someone selling used Tein Flex for 950. Its been used for around 20K miles. Is it good price?

new cost ~1400$.
so i think the price is fair.

the question is how much liefe left in them....

I bought some used Mono-flex coilovers for $1000 shipped with 17k miles on them, the work great. I think 950 is a little high
but somewhat reasonable
