Tein Type RA coilovers

Hey everyone! I just bought my very first s2000, and love it! The car came with Tein Type RA coilovers and I need help adjusting the damping force on them. I know you can adjust the compression and rebound but dont know how to...

There should be adjustment knobs on the top. You will need the TEIN tool or an allen key of proper size to adjust.

The knob at the top, does it control the rebound or compression?
