Default Who makes this shock?

I was under the impression that Koni was the only aftermarket company that offered an oem replacement shock. Even advanced auto and autozone don't have anything listed on their website, nor does ebay sell any cheapo version. I was checking over a local's recently purchased S and noticed these. Does anyone have any info on these. The nipple thing on the top of the driver side was excreting oil. Will be replacing it with oem shocks, but I am curious as to what these are.

According to my research, these are 2-way koni's developed by TC Kline Racing and just painted white. Get them rebuilt instead!

as the others have said its a TC Kline koni. Bigger bodies/shafts and a true double adjustable that was not converted from a single. From what I have read they are GREAT shocks but supposedly have some clunk to them when used cold and in slow speed. I believe these were made in a limited run and were quickly sold out a few years back.

Thanks for the help everyone. I pulled the tire off a few days ago and was able to get a good look at the markings. It says Kline racing and koni.
